The first day The Human Riches Department will welcome you and give you the integration package (legal documents, mutual insurance scheme, provident scheme, leave-taking software, etc.), We will then take you on a tour of the company.
You will be placed in immersion in each department for one month to allow you to get a grasp of your new working environment and get to know our teams while learning at the same time.
We're interested in what you have to say
One month later, you discuss the situation with the Director of Human Riches, to review your integration pathway. Once your trial period has been successfully completed, you will have to give us your impressions via a discovery report.
