In line with standard ISO 6789-1, torque tools must be calibrated at the time of manufacture, then every year or every 5,000 cycles after first being put into service by the user.

SAM OUTILLAGE helps you to carry out these tasks throughout your torque tool's lifetime.

Thanks to our verification bench calibrated by LNE (COFRAC-approved), we can carry out the verifications on tools going from 0.2 to 2000 Nm, in compliance with the latest standard NF EN ISO 6789-1.

Calibration services for your SAM torque tools

SAM Outillage proposes 3 types of calibration per utilisation direction (right or left)

3-point calibration

• 3-point tool check: min. torque, 60 and 100% of the tool's maximum capacity
• 5 measurements per point
• Declaration-of-conformity printout

10-point calibration

• 10-point tool check: every 10% of the tool's maximum capacity
• 5 measurements per point
• Declaration-of-conformity printout

1-point calibration (single-torque)

• Tool setting to a particular torque value
• Declaration-of-conformity printout

All our mechanical tools (except single-torque) are supplied with a declaration of conformity covering 3 points in 1 direction.
All our electronic tools are supplied with a declaration of conformity covering 3 points in both directions.

If you want a 10-point declaration of conformity when you place your order as per the latest standard NF EN ISO 6789-1, this service will be invoiced to you (reference to be given: ETAL-NEUF).
